Our customer base will testify to our ability to respond and recover from our customers' major breakdowns.
Our engineers have specialized on gear machines for many years and have experience on such machines as Gleason, Sykes, Pfauter, Churchill, Lorenz, Liebherr, Barber-Coleman for hobbing, shaving, cutting and grinding operations.
We can offer planned maintenance to customer requirements and offer fast response to breakdowns.
Brooklands hold the drawing records for Sykes, Red-Ring and PGM machines at our site and can supply genuine spare parts manufactured from original drawings.
Where parts are out of production or difficult to source, we can manufacture from pattern to get the customer machines back into production quickly.
We also hold some difficult to source special items for Gleason machines to help with breakdown recovery.
